Josh Guy
Professional expert in Live Vision, Sound and Lighting
With more than two decades of experience in the audio-visual (AV) industry, Josh brings a
wealth of knowledge and expertise to Present Live Productions.
Josh’s career began in television, where he spent five years honing his skills before earning
a degree in Audio Visual Technology from RMIT in 2004.
Throughout his career, Josh has worked across live broadcasts, corporate events, and major
festivals, delivering high-quality AV solutions in Melbourne’s premier venues and
international locations.
After working abroad on a Disney cruise ship in the USA, Josh returned to Melbourne in
2012, joining Creative Vision and Audio (CVA) at Federation Square to bring his expertise to
the heart of the city’s dynamic event scene.
Specialising in live vision, Josh is also highly skilled in sound and lighting, ensuring every
event is executed with precision and professionalism.
At Present Live Productions, Josh plays a key role in delivering seamless live streaming and
event production services, combining technical excellence with creative storytelling to
enhance audience engagement. His commitment to quality, innovation, and client
satisfaction ensures that every project exceeds expectations.
Brad McDermott

With two decades of experience in the broadcast and events industry, Bradley McDermott has honed his expertise in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions
for some of the world’s most prominent companies.
Brad’s diverse skillset spans across streaming and broadcast, camera directing, graphics
and data integration, and keynote speaker technology. He has managed productions of all
scales - from boutique events to grand ballroom productions - with a focus on creating
seamless experiences for both clients and audiences.
While primarily based in Melbourne, Brad has travelled extensively, taking live shows across
Australia and internationally. In his current role, he oversees technology solutions and onsite
crews, ensuring every event runs smoothly.
Whether it's running cables behind the scenes or programming for flawless technical execution,
Brad is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience that meets the highest standards of excellence.
